Since inception, Identify Leaders has partnered with Room to Read — a global organisation working to transform the lives of millions of children across Asia and Africa through literacy and gender equality in education.

For every successful placement we make, we commit to a charitable pledge to the Nepal chapter of the Girls' Education Program. This covers the full costs of a girl attending school for one year — including school fees, books, a uniform and a bicycle.

In 2019, our founder raised S$30,000 for the charity during a successful expedition to summit Mount Everest.

We believe that the work we do — putting exceptional leaders into the firms that shape the future — carries a responsibility to give back. This is how we honour that.
