Dan relaunched Identify Leaders in 2026 after nearly two decades placing senior leaders across Asia Pacific. He brings 15+ years of executive search experience, was APAC head of executive recruitment at a Fortune 500 technology company, and has held senior sales roles at Google Cloud and Twilio.

He built his career developing commercial and revenue teams for technology vendors — often US or European firms entering and scaling in Asia Pacific, and regional businesses going global. That work now underpins Identify Leaders’ focus on the leaders shaping Artificial Intelligence, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Cyber Security across the region. His network here is deep and far-reaching.

Dan is a British national and permanent resident of Singapore, his home since 2006. He is an avid mountaineer, scuba diver and runner; he has summited Mount Everest and completed multiple ultramarathons.
