Dan Clements

Dan founded Identify Leaders after nearly two decades of placing senior GTM leaders across Asia Pacific. He brings 15+ years of executive search experience, was APAC head of executive recruitment at a Fortune 500 technology company, and has held senior sales roles at Google Cloud and Twilio.

His focus for the last several years has been assisting the firms building and scaling Protective Technology: cybersecurity, digital identity, FinCrime, and intelligence platforms. He understands the sector, the candidate landscape, and the specific commercial pressures that come with scaling these businesses across a complex, multi-market region like APAC.

Dan is a British national and permanent resident of Singapore, his home since 2006. He is an avid mountaineer, scuba diver and runner; he has successfully summited Mount Everest and completed multiple ultramarathons.
